essential oils and your chakra's

I have heard that you can use essential oils for your chakra's.

Is this true and what oils for what chakra's if you can post a link where
i can find out or if you know that would be great??

Here's a link to check out. Valerie Worwood has a book called 'The Fragrant Heavens,' which also has a list of oils for the chakra's and is also in the suggested reading list on this page. Remember to read about the cautions when using essential oils ~ less is more etc

There are so many things you can use to stimulate your chakras, fragrances are most certainly one of them.

However, which chakra are you trying to develop and why?
