And correct - closer to 500 years ago than today. He was considered one of the great kings, The Sun King, remembered for his patronage of the arts/fashion/culture, building of Versailles, his many mistresses, and also his many military campaigns.

A man whose goal was to bring his dreams to life.

I'm also really enjoying this game :)

So my card of the day was right. Queen of Swords which I interpreted as hinting towards my "female nerd" side. LOL...

Who was she: 9 of Pentacles
What did she do? Knight of Swords...

2 of cups from Universal Rider has both male and female, so maybe someone who played dual parts? She had a fierce personality, and with Knight of swords,whatever she did, she delivered with a strong punch. People looked and people definitely paid attention to her, or were in awe of her.

And yes, he's dead.

EDIT: To avoid misunderstanding or even leading you astray... "delivered with a punch" sounds right somehow, but in a different sense. Not directly so.

Who was this guy?

Eight of Wands, The Devil, Dark Magician

(I’m using a tarot deck which includes 2 extra cards, Dark Magician and Dark Priestess, serving as “warnings”..)

Maybe he was a Director of sorts, moving things forward in a creative field.

I’m feeling whatever he was, he was well acquainted with the darker side of life, versus all sunshine and roses. He had plenty of demons following him.

Omg so many cards with swords, and blood spilled on the floor, so many dark cards. Conflicts, murder, accidents were rife, so either this is a serial killer of sorts or mass murderer/ terrorist/ or someone who saw that side of life. He died a bad death perhaps, conspiracies. Women had to undergo trauma. There is a softer side to them though was this person a part of films ?
It feels someone like Bruce Lee . Or idk, maybe a boxing champion/ professional pugilist or something like Mohammad Ali ( I don't feel its him though ). There is a dark side to the cards here.
