Problem during meditation
Lately during my meditation I encounter the following problem. Instead of soundlessly exhaling my tongue and lips cooperate to create a creepy sound, is like a snake pulling out it's tongue from its mouth. The whole thing is weird and scares me and cannot prevent it save from exiting the meditation state. Interestingly I am not even using my mouth to breathe.
My technic is to lie on the bed completely stretched hands next to my body and let my thoughts melt away. As this happens I feel energy gathering on my palms and my hands become heavy. My eyesight improves and around that moment what I described above happens.
Any ideas of what that is or why it happens if I should worry about it or be happy for it would be appreciated.

There are many physical responses which can occur because of the build-up of energy during meditation.
It may be that the energy is seeking some kind of expression in the physical body so it can be released. Hence the strange physical response.
It may be that there is some blockage preventing the free flow of energy, resulting in this occurring.
Sometimes these involuntary physical responses are regarded as kriyas, which simply means action. Some people experience these kriyas and think they are undergoing some kind of kundalini activity, but it may just be the physical body's response to energy and nothing to do with kundalini.
All I can suggest is to be present with whatever is happening with your tongue and lips. It may seem weird but it is unlikely to harm you. Like everything else, I suspect it will pass.
Peace.

Your method sound goods and although the breath thing is unusual, it doesn't seem problematic. The basic problem in meditation is reactivity, so perhaps just let the breath thing be and do not become disturbed by it.

Stay present, stay with the "knowing" of what is occurring, not with the occurrence (whether it be visions, actions, sounds)
Go to a monastery, or other religious setting if you need more support

I would also agree that it could be from the build-up of energy, everyone meditates differently because what it takes for them to get to the meditative state, varies.
I would also try disregarding it, and continue meditating to see if you do not let it bother you, does it eventually go away.
I hope this helps.
Just don't give up hope with your meditating because I know this is just a small bump compared to the entirety of your journey.
