Hello
What I get is the need to more balance Mind, Body and Spirit with the Heart.
Not settling for less that what one wants and what is best. Talking the time to FOCUS on one goal at a time and making forward progress there. If that be a book then that is the focus, but in doing a project like that make sure that one does not delve too deep into that place and NOT remember to balance the rest of one.
At times we dive too deep into a project and our diet and lifestyle changes for the worse not the better.
