See, the paper chains placed on us without us even being aware ?!!

Well hmm. I thought you said it first, heheh... I do believe I just 'undid' some major ones ever so recently, and all I can say is that it's simply realizing things said and/or done that are released, through realizing the fullest possible depth of the injury and trauma that settles into one's crevices in the psyche...for such a long time. As I often have been saying, it is the study and discussion of things Buddhist that have helped me open my eyes, so to speak.

I hope I understood what you were saying.

Any way a person can undo these nutty things in our heads that are simply
not true, is great!

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

I struggle sometimes with positive thoughts. I try to think this way but I am under confident in lots of ways. I would appreciate a few tips if anyone knows of a way I can help myself to change my thought pattern for the better
Thank you
