What does it mean when you write in your sleep a few days ago i woke up and i seen on my nightstand i wrote a address on a post it note i don't remember writing it so i must of wrote it in my sleep i went to the address it was a old abandoned house never been there before so what could this mean

I'd see if I could find out a bit of past history about that old abandoned house. Maybe you are being contacted by somebody who used to live there and is now trying to get your attention for whatever reason they may have to do this.

That's what I think too. Spirits mess with our bodies when we are asleep. They use our bodies to get rid of excess energy they have. If they do this and you are aware of it, it's very uncomfortable. Feels like a panic attack plus withdrawl.

But one time I had one that thought it was going to funny. I was asleep, but my daughter got up at about 1am. She looked at me and I started playing air piano. I have them mess with hands and stuff all the time.
