The resistance training help thread
Come one, come all.
First of all, I'd like to see if this thread garners any attention, and then if there is enough interest, I'll be more than happy to help members individually.
Keep in mind I am not a licensed personal trainer, I could be one if I wanted to, but alas, it is not in my life path. Nonetheless, I can give you solid, honest advice on putting together a fun, productive resistance training plan.
