Finally hit a normal BMI!

Background: 3 years ago I weighed 243 lbs. (on a 6' 00" frame), after having let myself go and eating too many fattening snacks (I also not coincidentally had kind of spiritually stagnated as well). I did drop 20 of those pounds 3 years ago, but in April of 2011 I had an episode of heart arrhythmia (probably caused by a bunch of salty cashews that I had eaten), my 2nd such episode in 6 years.

After that I dedicated and committed myself to a wholesale lifestyle change (i.e. NOT a diet), cutting out most of the snacks and getting onto the exercise bike for 20-30 minutes a day (I replaced my old bike with a newer more efficient one a few months ago). Well, today I did a 1,000 calorie 35 minute workout along with the Tour de France, went to the local grocery store in the skimpiest clothes I have, and came out at 184! Minus the clothes it was likely 183 and 1/2, which is a 24.9 BMI! I'm so incredibly proud of myself.

Keep up the good work. Under 25 is good. "Does a cheerleader dance"
