A clear mind without thinking too much of that person. When you're not thinking in anything and you receive a tought that is exterior you will know.
It took me some time to get use to it since September telepathy toughts are growin.
And if you don't have any kind of conversation with that person maybe one day you can receive confirmation.
Right now my mind has been busy its more difficult to send toughts or receiving.
Oh.. And believing that we are not crazy is important also.

You should be careful, this stuff is not a game. When you do things to people without their consent..... they don't always think too highly of it. It's fun when both parties are willingly participating.
I've also been reading about people who feel they are under psychic attack. And they don't always know by who, or some say it's a group of people attacking them. So these people are going insane from people invading their thoughts without consent.
