I have tried AP twice, and I did not make. I will try again this weekend, It is the one time I get to myself.

Hi, yes I have :) The first time, I had someone visiting me in my home. Only it was not a normal AP where we were both AP. I don'tknowknow how it happened, but they were there AP and I was wide awake, moving around. I hold have thought it a ghost, but this person was stilll alive.

After that I was curious and learned a little bit more. Tried it a few times, went very well - went flying. Wait maybe I'm confusing out of the body experience w AP... I went flying anyway, fantastic. But then I forgot about it again til now when you asked:)

I'm always very careful with activities that 'removes me from my body' - I'm not sure I'm very well attached No, jokes aside - I just don't have a longing that way. I know I a spirit, I know my body is just a vessel and that I will leave it at some point. That's not where the magic is the me.

But I believe it is common tofeel shaky in the beginning. I also believe that that is not the worry about at all, there is no harm in AP, you can't get lost and you will not get sick from doing it. We'll, maybe a bit 'car sick' from the bumpy ride :)
