navel numbness
I dont know, am i writing this right place, but i dont know anywhere else where to talk about the issue
I noticed with practises where you have to pull navel/stomach in like sodarshan chakra kriya, or sat kriya, after some time area above belly button goes numb
And it causes excessive sexual energy sometimes, which my body cannot contain always, which usually is no problem
it doesnt sound good, but can anyone tell, what does it mean, because its been going on almost ten years already, which doesnt make any sense.
