Ahh..............
you forgot to explain why your view of gravitational attraction
does not appear to be in agreement with basic science.
The attractive force that "pushes or pulls" objects toward one another is Gravity.
For some reason, your concept of Gravity is 180 degrees out of phase.

I did not forget to explain. I shared a view/understanding in which (context) 'the theories of 'basic science' may be 'seen' (by those that have 'eyes that see' ) to be based on false premises.

What is the false premise with our understanding of gravity?

Requoting from what I already shared:
Electromagnetic and nuclear interactions, where repulsion occurs as well, are additionally revealing. Ongoing scientific investigation has led us to understand the fact that sense perceptions are basically ‘gross’ acknowledgments, and that everything is fundamentally a wave-form and nothing is actually solid at core. So, besides there being no substantive means to constitutionally link those bodies which form conglomerates, there is no real ‘boundary’ that so‑called objects bump into when they apparently bounce off one another. The only inference this permits, if one has enough courage and faith in Life not to invent extrinsic agency as a false postulate, is that the movements that bodies make and the stations they take result from the impulses and choices of discerning, autogenic ‘interiors’.
Also, specifically dealing with gravitational effects between 'objects', from a footnote (not previously quoted here but which can be read by anyone who bothers to download my book and consider my full presentation):
As one of my college physics professors humorously commented, there are no ‘rubber bands’ or ‘strings with hooks’ connecting them. But let me also point out that the notion of force fields permeating space is a purely etheric [i.e. imaginary!] invention, though as they’ve grown accustomed to using the idea for explanatory and predictive purposes many have come to believe such things actually exist and exert a ‘powerful’ influence.

Update on davidson's original statement on the matter

Gee davidson, I guess you were right.......
As you wrote "Bodies of matter-energy must move themselves, for [there is] nothing [that] really pushes or pulls them one towards the other. " In your statement, matter is pushed or pulled by themselves but in reality Gravity plays an important part. Also, you forgot to define or mention what makes matter move all by itself.
Remember what Issac Newton was able to demonstrate while watching a singular apple fall from a tree?
Why did the apple fall perpendicularly to the ground? Because of Gravity!
According to your theory, the apple should have disengaged itself from the tree and went somewhere not predictable
powered by an unknown energy source. Sounds interesting! Tell me more.
But according to Isaac Newton, the apple fell perpendicularly to the ground. It was later determined the time it
would take the apple to fall to the ground was a predictable amount of time.

Your thinking is (deliberately?) perverse.
LOGIC 101: The fact that something or someone's actions (like yours for instance ) are 'predictable' doesn't mean that they are not self-determined.
The 'energy' or 'motive' for said action (read my quotes again) is the 'spirit' that a being is imbued with, which some think of as 'will'. When you 'desire to' and 'dream'-believe you 'fly', you 'fly'! This is what 'animism' is all about.

Sounds like you are getting things mixed up.
Focus on what you wrote and provide explanations for your statements instead of using expressions such as
"Your thinking is (deliberately?) perverse."

You mean just let you jerk me around for your pleasure? FYI: I share whatever I think is most worth sharing as 'food' for thought, whether it is valued or not.

I also think it’s important to reslise that people such as famous scientists and inventors and philosophers may be wrong, do not take someone’s word as complete truth instead take you experiences free from and emotional manipulation or personal biases such as religious views and decide what is true in your life, also be aware of the view that people are trying to push onto you, not just people this includes spiritual beings such as claimed “spirit guides”
Edit:
And thank you to everyone that has replied, there have been a few that have really made me think and see things differently so thank you
