Was this Kundalini?

Just wondering if anyone has any insight to what this was. It occurred two nights after I received my reiki master attunement.

Right before going to bed, I closed my eyes and saw an intense golden orange color. It started to shift continuously like rolling hills of golden orange. The "hills" were outlined in black, but otherwise, the gold color was all the same color/shade.

After about a minute or so of this, a bright royal purple color was introduced and the colors interwoven and continued to flow in this "rolling hills" movement. It happened for a while longer, and then ended, and I went to sleep.

1. Nothing like this has ever happened to me before.
2. When I close my eyes to visualize things, I can barely envision the brightness of light, so the brightness of this vision is unlike any I had before.
3. Nothing about it felt uncomfortable or dangerous. Just free flowing.

kundalini is associated in feeling. seeing has to do with the third eye. perhaps its opening your third eye. or opening something in it.

Thank you running. I think it is my third eye opening. I'm wondering if the gold color had anything to do with my lower chakras.

i dont know? i know kundalini but not much else. or enough to be helpful. sorry.

Most often after conscious openings and letting go your self shows new things through those changes.

Did you clear out old energies in the class? Let go of something no longer contained in you? Gold is often symbolic of the higher self, orange the core or sacral, the bright royal purple feels like an intermix of crown chakra and third eye.

The flow and interchanging movements are often only showing you the energetic transformation that has come about at this time. Master reiki class if yours was as wonderful as mine, is all about shifts and openings..

I went through an energetic purging and rearranging of my physical body..these classes are moving things in you even if your not aware. I’m very conscious of my changes at a very subtle level, but not everyone is like me..

Thank you JustBe. I didn't take any such class. I did reach out to someone about a connecting with your guides class. I think that would be a great next step for me. I know they are there. I just don't know how to foster better communication.
