Spell to attract soulmate into your life.

So there is this guy I am pretty much convinsed he is my soulmate but I have trouble getting to know him since I don't see him much and when I do I am in a rush so I dont have the advantage to talk to him.
I know he is my soulmate because of the intence vibe I get when I walk near him and because of mamy other things that happen after I meet him, I have made an other thread for that in the "twin flames and soulmates" theme.
I am telling this because I dont need anyone telling me he is not for sure my soulmate since I have never spoken to him,what I need is a spell to see him more often on my way or to attract him into my life.

Why not make a love spell to attract a soulmate without an intended target? That way you would know for sure whether he's the one or not. Get a two figure candle holding each other and write down your name on the candle that represents you and write soulmate or qualities you want on your partner on the other candle. You can dress it with honey, rose petals or just about anything that represents romance and love. Include a petition if you like. There are some spells online to get more ideas. Hope this helps!
