Glimpses of another vision

Just few moments ago while in a meditative state, listening some peaceful music, I saw this "black" girl, she was in trouble, I can remember her face because I woke up when she was calling someone on the phone.I noticed that she had a jacket on her and her hair was tied at the back, I think she was less than 20 years old.In her area it was still light outside, I am not sure if it was close to night or dawn, she was living in a city, that's what I felt.It's sad because I saw a lot more but I can't remember... now when I woke up from that deep state, I started to feel a little bit confuse, I have a sensation that my body is moving to the right, it's hard to explain.. I am still sitting in my bed so I am not moving at all.
