Could anyone help me figure this out ?
So I met this guy and I thought he was my twin flame because I'd seen him in a dream and we had this intense energy and this mind boggling eye contact but today, I met him after a very long time, probably 14 days? And all of it is gone. There's nervousness but the whole energy is gone. Was this a false alarm? He's not my twin flame?

Just because you feel a connection to somebody or see them in your dream doesn't make them a twin flame. Maybe ask yourself why you're seeking this type of connection. Are you looking to grow spiritually, or to have a romantic partner? The two aren't necessarily the same.
