Finally, I would imagine you would have similar personalities, as people personalities rarely change in their lifetime, so it is hard to imagine they would change through various lives as well.

I would say so, I would look through the royal family there, you might want to start with the Holy Roman Empire, and go from there.

I love this. I will search the royals in Austria. Maybe that life there made a huge impact that my subconscious is leading to Austria, after i saw the sound of music years ago, i have this necessity going there.
Austria is been on my plans for years to go there. It is the only place i feel urge to go. I can't understand.

Yes, I can see families doing this. I think my older sister has been my sister in many lives, although we are not friends. My daughter I feel this may be just our second life together (which is crazy to me considering how very many lifetimes we can have!) the rest of my siblings I'm certain I've never met! But I can place my mother in another life in Tibet, and I also feel much karma with my father (who I have never really "liked" but I do find myself more and more related to his traits and his karma as I grow older).

I really only get a sense for a few past lives spread over a few hundred thousand years lol, so I wonder if I could have been in Ireland many times (and perhaps only the most recent life holds much significance over my current experience, or the people within it. I have always had a strong connection to Celtic music, and I do have an Irish name. However, it may have been my only lifetime in Ireland.

I have recalled, or "sensed" in my case, small tidbits from the ancient orient, something in Tibet (no clue for time period), and ancient Egypt. Those are the most solid clues I have of past lives, though everything I receive about them is quite vague, and I don't have a solid picture of any of them.

Thanks for your thoughts......there was a soldier involved in the dream i mentioned regarding Korea, i think perhaps American soldier..I was a peasant girl perhaps a daughter of a farmer....
In regard to the Roman Empire, well ive not really had any recall or dreams regarding that time.....but a strong feeling of connection with Ancient Greece (I was told I was a serving girl to a politician and family in ancient Greece, it must've been a relatively good life as i feel a warmness and affinity to Greece), Ancient Egypt, the middle ages in Britain......but nothing to do with soldiers of the Empire, more the dark dank, and oppressive time that it was for peasants in Britain.......ive also dreamed of being a black man (America negro slave as they were called back then)....i get quite anxious when faced with having to view anything in regard to the slavery and consequent degradation of the African/American people........

Thanks for that ZenSar I have dreams sometimes of being run over by a horse. And another weird thing, my daughter has a similar arrow head shape on her throat area, like the one on my leg. Makes me think we may have died together in a past life. When she was little, maby 4 years old, she would talk about Italy alot. She pronounced Italy in a spanish accent.

I have quite a few memories of lessons passed. I recall owning a speak easy in the 20's with my twin flame. We were wealthy and great business owners, but wasted our money terribly. I remember being is sibling- and oh how we hated each other! Or so people thought! We battled constantly, but when push came to shove, we were there for the other. One day he and I were driving over a single lane bridge and I yelled " quick suck it in!" This is nothing I have ever done before. We think it was a game we would play as kids. I have memories of being a swinger when it was illegal and it was done as an underground activity. That's a memory with my wife. The list just keeps going, I was in the civil war and had my head cut off with a sword. - that flashback freaked me out a bit! I actually started doing some research! I get new memories occasionally, the more I meditate the more I get.

The best I can say is try past life regressions and simply research it.
