YouTube Affirmation Videos
Has anyone here tried the free YouTube Affirmation videos? If so, what has been your experience?

Frankly I wouldn't give them the time of day. The first few I've watched omitted certain very important points. As for the solfeggio ones, they're highly questionable. One doesn't even use the frequencies it claims!
People who want to affirm can learn what to do in 5 minutes. Whether they form affirmations adequately and not counter to their aim (all too easy) and then persist with them...sometimes for years...is another matter. I think one of the problems with some of these videos is that try to do the affirmations for the viewer. It's a bit like guided meditation: useless - you can't meditate while someone's telling you what you should be doing.
