Thai Pusam

Thai Pusam is the Saiva festival of penance for Murugan. Murugan bhaktars world wide will take on various penance to atone, to thank, to clear, and more. This year it falls on Feb. 2 (May vary regionally) Often celebrated for 10 days or more, it culminates in kavadi parades and more. Devotees fast, abstain, keep mounam, etc. A million+ people gather at the Batu Caves temple in Malaysia in the largest one place celebration on the planet.

For those who, partake, I wish your vows to be fulfilling.
