How do you see spirits?

What is a spirit though? If you refer to the disincarnate souls of dead people, I have never seen one, but know plenty of people who have and do. In fact one of my friends sees them all the time, everywhere, after an OBE. They are absolutely everywhere and there is far more of them, than of us, living, incarnate humans. He has even encountered angels and they were as real as any physical human, with a few weird differences.

Personally, I have encounters with deities or light beings. They are not visible, except with the third eye, but even then they are largely just beings of pure light, though they can manifest certain shapes and forms or even just body parts, such as a face. They communicate through telepathy, visions, images and by flashing words and short sentences in your mind.

Their touch is more real than that of any person and is the most incredible feeling ever. They are higher-dimensional and rarely venture into our lower realm, but it is possible to reach them through meditation and by utilising the Kundalini Serpent to break through to their higher-dimensional realm, which we call heaven.

Was that book "People from the Other World"? I know there are children and some adults who can physically see my merkabah's energy field. I wonder if that is a related ability.
