How do I view Hell?

Hopefully from a distance.

Peace.

Spiritual science says there is a place we go after we die (kama loca, Eastern term, predates western history by 1000s of years) where the soul reviews and processes the deeds of its past life. It does that before incarnating into its next life, for its betterment. Religion hijacked this idea, turned it into something ugly and horrible, and called it hell. Fear works wonders when you want to control people. So there's that as well.

I like how your post connects the realistic presence of hell here and the historical/religious lore of it. because it is so true that the hell most experience on Earth has to directly do with replaying troubling thoughts that basically take over and become the suffocating present reality. obviously that isn't what is real though, but unfortunately it's not easy to explain to the suffering.. well I can't say I'm not included in the population contributing to hell for myself, but I try to pay more attention to the heaven around and that I am capable of creating. the rest is so pointless especially considering the vast incredible beautiful realities we can help create, but society tries to set us up for failure so there's a lot to overcome within our branded selves and that around us. The true reality is marvelous though and infinitely at our whim!

I like Gracey's explanation too lol though I'm partial to the idea of helping everyone be saved and restored to their true divine self..

In reflection of how you have so far lived your life this time around - what do you envisage will be your experiences after you have physically died?

Will you be subjected to a painful Hell?

Or will it be shown to you where you have gone wrong in relation to the spiritual laws of this universe and allow you to experience the hurt you have caused until you understand the heavenly experiences shown to you?

Maybe others have said this.
I have been reading about the Other Side since the 60s cuz my mom had books after having an NDE...
kidney removal in the 50s.

This is what I have gleaned from many sources...

Like the movie, "What Dreams May Come"* Robin Williams, etc...
We make our own little hellish place to dwell in with our own guilt, shame, anger,
bitterness, vengeful thoughts, etc...

We are also never forgotten ...Spirit Guides come to the dark or barren place we have created
for ourselves (dressed accordingly) to check in and try to
help us to 'snap out of it'.
And that does happen and we progress instead of being stuck in what we have created for ourselves.

*Based on Anthony Borgia's messages from his friend in, "Life in the Unseen World...free online.
The books fall apart if you order them, btw.

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

I believe from my own experiences that there is such a place. A sphere of condensed negative duality where those visiting may find it to resemble a dirty, dark hovel of a place that feels very dense, heavy and yucky. Those whom reside there however mostly are content in it unless they are beginning to experience an inner shift, wanting to change there attitudes, opinions, perspectives, moral compass etc.

The level or degree of how good or bad anything is depends on the strengths and severity of our beliefs whether in regard to the light or the dark spheres; that also pertains to our time spend incarnated on earth.

Yes, I would go along with this, also. Good description ...heavy and yucky and the bolded!
