The crystal I usually sleep with is a magnetite/hematite rock. It carries a no-nonsense energy; grounding and comforting.
Sometimes black tektite, green fluorite or black tourmaline. Green fluorite soothes my brain activity.

I haven't actually put crystals intentionally under my pillow or by my bedside for a while now - however on reading this thread I realised there are three crystals on my cabinet - they are flourite (although it is there because it broke in two, ) Selenite & Fire Agate...

Idk how yall can sleep with crystals, first time I slept with amethyst I had wacky disturbing dreams that made me feel sick while sleeping, and ended up being sick for the rest of the day. The second time with lapis lazuli my body had a panic attack after I woke up from sleep to pee.

Apart from the many in my bedroom I put my new garnierite in my pillow case. Slept like a baby!
