Maybe twin flames sometimes really are a bad thing

I agree with Blue tiger.

An almost obsessive to actual obsessive attachment to the belief can bring a lot of pain. The belief that someone is your twin flame. And this now means 'union in the life time because you met in this life time' a long with all the other twin flamery promises the belief holds. So some do nothing but chase the belief. The other is either oblivious to it, has ran long ago or 'they've not met yet'. There is a frantic panicky energy, all articles read, all vids watched, all products bought from the net to make it twin flamey or to bring him/her to you in some way. A total obsession over the belief and person. which imo is the agenda, to help keep people distracted and very far away from truth, their 'path' and ultimately them selves.

true love blossoms, has its trials and wont run smooth at all times. Yet the basics of true love is being a guidepost to help each other grow into their true potential because both care.

Dependancy on any belief system can become stifiling to ones evolution.

Strangely enough though... obsession, dependancy and addiction (even to beliefs) seems to be another layer of clearing within this particular path.

There is a wonderful freedom once that TF ceiling is bust through as well.
It is the LOVE connection between the created and the creator (us... in our unified source).

This love is much more expansive than what the old beliefs of TFs can offer... so a new paradigm emerges...if one happens to find themselves after this point connecting to a mirror of this LOVE than that becomes like a field of strawberries atop a mountain of icecream cake Haha... or a beautiful forest bursting with springtime flowers.... if you are not in the mood for icecream! LOL... suddenly felt hungry and happy.

Basically a reflection of the love of the original mother father creator... but old TF paradigms cannot possibly fit...the expanse of that LOVE within its confines... and so... the TF concept becomes limiting... and something grander fills its place.

100% agree with you guys.

I am so glad I didn't encounter this concept until I had an experience and came looking for answers.

I just couldn't imagine longing and projecting and wishing for something you are not experiencing, and thus giving up love now for some other theoretical experience in future.
