Every day is a rebirth. What you do everyday is of the utmost importance.

Live with gratitude. Feel gratitude for the miracles all around you.

If you accept your pain, you still feel it, but you won't be troubled by it.

Free yourself from all fears.

Don't be anxious about your future.

Don't expect help from anyone.

Don't cry over your past.

If you bind your identity to a thought, a thing, or an object, it will be your downfall.

Life and death are insarpable. We wouldn't be born if we don't die. Understanding this allows us to live with true freedom.

Don't trust easily.

Live your life on your own terms. Don't let anyone tie you down.

Find good company. Surround yourself with good people.

Create an atmosphere that will lead to spirital growth.

Do whatever you do with the utmost care and do your best.

Share your health, wealthy, and happiness with those around you.

Avoid drugs and gambling.

Nurture the feeling of compassion and gratitude. Lead a simple life of growth.

Find comfort, find endurance.

Everything fades.

Pain is a teacher. Learn, don't run.

The pain I'm having isn't from the life I'm living, it's from the life I'm denying.

The secret to life is to know it's a game and not take it seriously and to enjoy it despite being a game.

Let silence take you to the core of life.

Love isn't the work of the gentle and tender. Love is the work of wrestlers.

So many worlds; so much to do; so little done; such things to be.

Forget safety. Live where you fear to live. Destroy your reputation.

Take someone who doesn't keep score.

Don't let the world claim you. Claim your self.

Beyond the ideas of right and wrong there is a field. I'll meet you there.

What you seek is seeking you.

What matter is how quickly you do what your soul directs.

There are wrong actions, but no wrong feelings.

Don't entertain dark thoughts like "im not worthy", recognize that something dark is trying to catch you. Once it recognizes that you recognize it, the game is on.

Once you understand the darkness it will show you to the light.

Ask what needs to be loved. Darkness needs love the most. When you see darkness don't feel bad if you recoil, love can be a challenge sometimes, love anyways.

Nirvana is a release from what is defined as real. There is still an experiencer, but it does not interact with the world through concepts.

Well, I had the thought and I wrote it down. Not so sure I've come to terms with it haha.
