Gem : The one who was organising the mediatation read us a lot of text about meditation, one was of a Buddhist monk and then she put a candle in the middle of the cercle ( we were sit in a cercle, we were normally 14 but someone hasn't come in the end ) and then she ask us to just close our eyes or fix the candle and to just ''be there'' I begin to feel all my muscles to hurt but then I just breath and the 'pain' of sitting to muche just went away, I let all the thought pass over me without dwell me,and I just feeling like I was in the middle of no air,not in the room I was,I was in my body but's like around me was just dark, like in the middle of anything, was quite nice ^^And angela (my guide) talk to me,sort of, I ask her to come and a thought just pop up in my head and it was the answer of a question I was asking myself. the energy was incredible :)

WoW... that's wonderful. I'm very pleased you found your way. 'Be there'. I like it.

Everything thus far has served to set the stage whereby your thoughts may be released from daily preoccupation. There is no effort in meditating, nor strain or discomfort. It isn’t something you have to work at. It comes naturally, together, initially, with a host of jumbled thoughts. The mind is used to being busy and it takes practice to learn how to calm it; and, just about the time you think you’re getting the hang of it you’ll catch yourself having spent several minutes thinking about work or the grocery list. Sometimes you get derailed without even knowing it. Again, gentle persistence is the key. Learning to meditate isn’t accomplished overnight; it takes more than, say, three months of schooling – the equivalent, of which, is meditating once a week for nine years.
