Don't know is it a probleme of concentration, relaxation or any other thing. I have saw this article on crystal meditation who help to be more relax, but do you have any others advices ?

Some people are just not visual. Me for one. I work with ideas but not images so much. Not every technique works for everyone. Try some different ones to find what works for you. Above all, meditation should be relaxing and positive...never frustrating. I somthing doesn't work for you try something else.

OK... It sounds pretty cool though, and it's prolly best to ask any questions you have to her while shes around, and if possible, even get her email.

sometimes....
Sometimes when I try to meditate (which I've recently started, so I"ve maybe done it a total of 5 times thus far) one particular thought pops into my head and my heart IMMEDIATELY is racing. SO fast that I'm breathing like I just finished a 200m sprint medley! I have to really focus on breathing from my belly otherwise it's just out of control. But I'm wondering, why this might happen?

I think what it takes is to observe what happens as it is, and if it happens to go like a marathon, just remain mentally calm and let it do that... for a while, but if it's going to cause hyperventilation or in anyway be harmful naturally you would bring it under control to avoid that.
'one particular thought pops into my head and my heart IMMEDIATELY is racing.'
It seems to me you have identified the thought that causes it already.
