I've had a strange experience where another human being, a mutual friend of my brother and I, had fallen asleep and somehow walked into one of my meditative visualized states one night- next day we were able to confirm.
Protective visualizations in my opinion are a wonderful idea to give you a sense of calm and peace. I personally like to visualize bright white light surrounding myself and loved one's when I feel I could use the serenity and protection.
As one of God's Children you are by right protected. For protection to work one must relax, let go, and have faith.
Surrounding yourself in light constantly is fear focused and lacks confidence, surround yourself in light once when you feel it necessary- then relax, let go, and carry on with what you are doing, and living and enjoying your life. Let love handle it. Leave it in God's hands.
As far as privacy goes, from my own experience reading energy for others here, it is evident I can see and obtain information about the past experiences of others. But I am Human. I am a Human Being.
You sound as if you are worried these are spirits?
My advice is to stop dwelling, focusing and worrying about it, and enjoy your life and things you love doing.
As long as you continue to focus on it, it will persist.
Energy flows where attention goes.
What you resist, persists. Pay it not so much mind, and enjoy what you like to do.
Don't worry if someone overhears your conversations with God.
It is like Gossip. It shouldn't bug you. It speaks more about those eavesdropping doesn't it?
