I keep having issues with motivation and remembering, need an AP partner
Does anyone else have trouble staying motivated and remembering to AP when you wake up at night? I sure do, and I don't know what to do about it, nothing seems to work for more than a day or two, so I thought of trying to get an AP partner so we could keep each other motivated and report our progress to each other. Here's some things:
- I've been practicing AP for several years on and off, while what I lack is consistent success, I'm far from a beginner and know the "theory" well so I won't pester anyone with questions that most people know
- For the time being I can afford to try AP almost every night (I took long breaks, they don't help, and neither do short breaks), so it would be better to team up with someone who can do the same or a little less, it wouldn't be as productive if it was someone who can only try it once a week or so
- From past experience with countless techniques, I've come to the conclusion that a technique where I wake up and try to AP without moving works the best for me, that's why I'm gonna be practicing Raduga's phase method, if you want to do the same it would be even better but you can do any technique
- I live in Europe so someone who is relatively close would be ideal because of less time zone difference, but it's not mandatory at all
- I prefer Skype but I have Discord too
