Manifestation/Law of Attraction for Empath

I am not entirely sure how I would classify myself but I am very sensitive. I seem to have quite an expansive aura/energy aswell. I always get noticed and feel like I can effect the energy or the mood of a room.

Anyway, I wondered if people like me. Have any improved ability or skill to manifest? I was just interested in hearing other similar peoples experiences.

I realize there is another forum for Manifestation/LoA but I felt it was more relevant to this group.

I've created a mind-map that outlines how the law of attraction works. I, too, am an empath and I tend to hone into everyone else's energy. So you really have to get accustomed to claiming your space/energy. Crystals can help you clear your space of any energy that isn't your own. It's important to claim your own energy because through that, you learn exactly what is best for you: your body, your mind, your soul. Take the time to really indulge into your own being and with that, learn to take the necessary steps in achieving whatever serves your higher purpose. Meditate meditate meditate. Keep yourself balanced and know your thoughts. I always picked up on men who were attracted to me but I felt nothing for them. A lot of them time I was feeling how they felt towards me. Meditate and get to know your spirits.

I'm also an empath and when I'm around negative people, I tend to think negative thoughts unless I protect myself. I've become pretty good at bouncing negative energies away from me, so I've been happier. Because of that, I feel that the LOA seems to be working more in my favor. So, empaths need to learn how to put up their shields, but also know when to lower them when empathy is needed. Visualizing a shield around me and using crystals have both worked for me.

I'm also highly sensitive/empath and I've felt we are more natural at creating at least but manifesting what we want may be different since we absorb so much from others as well and not all is beneficial. Sometimes negativity can just handicap the whole progress.

Recently I've been wondering a lot which of my goals are actually mine and which are those I've absorbed from others... no matter how much I'd shield, clear old stuff and meditate, some things just require digging deeper for desired clarity. Although excess can result in equal confusion that I've had in the first place... :'D
