spirit visitation?

Hello all, I had what I believe to be a visitation last night but I'm not quite sure. In my "dream" I was in a crowd of people leaving a stadium, or something like that, and I kept seeing this guy coming up to me like he wanted to tell me something. I will never forget every little detail about what this guy looked like. Anyway, when I saw him I felt this instant connection and knew he needed to talk to me. After him trying to reach me a few times I was finally able to make my way over to him and we walked together. He was coughing and told me they needed to do a chest x-ray and he had something he needed to give me. He went over to his rv and gave me a bag and a business card and then I was pushed off by the crowd. I remember staring at the name on the card and not being able to pronounce all of it, I still remember part of it though, but I can't remember the first name. Also written on it was a location. I opened the bag he gave me and it had some pearls and some leaf tea candle holder/cups and some other little trinkets in it. I know there was something he was trying to tell me and needed me to know and I can't quite figure it out. Any thoughts on what anything I described above may symbolize. I wrote down the part of the name I could remember but I don't know what to do with it. Just wanted to see if anyone had any thoughts on this. Thanks!!
