Before i learned about grounding, i used to find i would go very dizzy all of the time,some time i would feel as if i was in a whirlpool, especially when spirit come close to me. i find grounding helps lots,
and when ever i feel a uncomfortable presence, i call on Arch Angel Micheal, too, then i feel eased and peaceful again ,
