What happens to me? I

Hello everyone! I'm glad I found this forum.
I want to share that I have visions before I fell asleep. I see signs with hands or people. However, I see them so clearly that I can see their skin blemishes.
The first vision of person which I had was 3 years ago. I saw a super tall, thin man, formal dressed with white suit,bowtie and white formal shoes. I didn't manage to see his face, because it has sun rays that were shining quite a lot. After this visions, I've got a lot every night as I said.
Some nights ago I saw a blond-haired man with bare feet, who was bringing a plastic basin as if it was for me, but I didn't know what there was in it. Those visions lasts 1-2 seconds, as I immediately open my eyes because I am afraid.
The last night I saw a man who was standing up by the window and was watching through it. He was formal dressed with black suit and formal vest. He put his hand on his open mouth and as he was opening the window,in the room entered white light and I immediately opened my eyes. This wasn't my room nor my window, so I am puzzled who this man was and why I see people that I've never met before.
In general I don't have advanced visualization BUT in those visions I see so clearly that I can see people's skin blemishes. Sometimes I can see one person from head to toe. Sometimes I see men with long hairs, skinny, naked to the waist and they look like people lived in past era.
Another thing that worries me is that I CONSTANTLY feel cold presence wherever I am. I'm never alone, never. As my room is warms and I have gone to the bed, suddenly becomes super cold where I am. I recently get goosebumps. I also hear knocking on tv, windows, bulbs.
I have told my parents I have visions and that I'm cold even in the summer, but they think it is just my imagination. They neither hear knocking, nor feel coldness. The coldness itself feels like breeze.
I want to know if the same things have happened to anyone from this forum. Is this demonic presence according to you?
Another thing I have noticed, my dreams have changed a lot. For example, I often dream of a spirit which I never can see, but I feel his presence in my dream and feel how he manages me all over and my body begins shivering :(. In one of those dreams, my died cat tried to save me as she tried to take him out from my mouth.
Another thing which have changed in my dreams is that when I need to see anything on my computer OR REMOTE PLACE, a large airy image appears in front of me and I can see everything I want and I see it as video clip.

At 22, I'd think you would know if you are psychic or not by now. IMO, there's just 2 possibilities = you are psychic or you have some sort of disorder - perhaps both? I'd see a medium and then a psychotherapist or both. Maybe right here on line????
