Prostate Health
I began using Saw Palmetto. Would like to hear from others on the results of this or other treatments.

I use to eat lots of cucumber for zinc, but I end up getting prostate cancer anyway, oh well.

Especially good for prostate health are:
Pomegranate juice - vitamin D - lycopene - zinc
NB: A high intake of dairy produce is directly linked to rates of prostate cancer.
If you have prostate cancer, which is a 'hormonal cancer', avoid dairy produce altogether. The growth hormones in dairy, in the main IGF-1, will fuel the cancer.

So far my situation is this; I was having to get up to use the bathroom 4 times each night. Started using Saw Palmetto a couple of nights ago - only had to do so twice. Big improvement.

Have you been to the doctor for a test, such as prostate, and diabetes?.

Yes, I go for a checkup twice a year, and addressed this.

Well there's other things also that can go wrong, such as enlarged prostate, or just an inflamed prostate.
I had pain in my pelvic area for nearly two years before the doctor found that it was cancer of the prostate, I even told them that i think it could be my prostate, but they said, "no i don't think so", those jerks.

Yes, it is enlarged or so my provider informed me at the time. He did prescribe medication, but didn't see much of a difference so I didn't continue with it plus it made me feel sick. Saw Palmetto on the other hand has as I said made a difference.
