Ex again, vacuum cleaner
I often have nightmares about my ex in which I'm trying hard to break up with him and it brings on very negative feelings. Well last night as well as another time recently I dreamt again of my ex but realized during the dream, "oh wait, everything is ok, I already broke up with him" and I feel relief.
So more specifically, in last nights dream, I was in the house I grew up in and apparently that's where my ex lived. There was a lot of old furniture and he had it all, but most of the furniture was damaged and I realized it was because my ex has anger issues and released it on the furniture when angry...I then heard and saw him in the basement and apparently he started a vacuum cleaner fixing business, so I saw tons of vacuum cleaners around, both fixed and broken. He told me he'd be available soon, which made me extremely anxious, until again, told myself we were broken up already and there's no way I'm going back to him.
I am so, so fed up of dreaming about him. I tried cutting the energetic cord already.

If you're tired of dreaming about him, sometimes it takes more than cutting the cord energetically. I recommend blessing him. By genuinely blessing him, you're showing and stating that you wish him well and forgive him. This is often more effective in such situations. You could state something along the lines of "You have no power over me anymore. I reclaim my power. I bless you and let you go". Hope that helps....

i agree 100% with Yaoughta here.
it's a good thing that your consciousness was allowed to enter into that
dream and provide reassurance that you don't need to interact directly
with your ex any longer.
i imagine that he's been coping with a "rage energy" (spurred on through
frustrations?) that hampered his ability to communicate constructively.
the news of your dream could be in telling you that he's been having
success in working on the mechanisms that serve to clean out the debris
in his life. you'd once cared for this man, and since love never dies there's
still a portion of you invested in his well-being... the dream is a means to
bring comfort to that part of you which has genuine concern for him.
blessings.

Thanks to both of you for those thoughts. It makes sense to me.
