Considering you are the one I'm talking to, perhaps you're right teehee.
There is the innate misperception of phenomena existing inherently which is called 'ignorance'. And there are several ways or methods to deal with this ignorance or even remove it. The least appropriate way to deal with it is to block awareness of it when one is told about it. The most common way to deal with it is simply not knowing due to never being told about it.

I didn't say anything about phenomena inherently existing.

I'm not sure I'm digging where the topic is heading, and I prefer to keep clear of deficiency based terminology such as 'ignorance'/'blocking awareness'.

The methods and ways you mention sound really interesting.

Not explicitly, yes, but the linguistic expressions your are using do imply existence independent of imputation and such an existence is called 'inherent existence'.

Ok, I understand. The term 'ignorance' is often applied in buddhist context as a characteristic of ordinary life and therefore I thought it to be appropriate. In budddhism the concept of 'ignorance' is not corrupted by arrogance or presumptuousness or elitism and that is the way I am applying this term. But I understand that it is easily misunderstood.
