Wow that's amazing! Now imagine if we could go into one of those universes and take pictures there!

That's beautiful.
And I agree. Especially since we now have pictures and know what is beyond our skies. Its very human superior ego (isn't there a word or term for that??) type of thing to think that we are the only life.

Earth Rising

For 11 days the Hubble telescope stared at a seemingly unremarkable patch of sky, compared to half the size of the moon visible from earth, thats how small of a patch were talking here. The results are astonishing http://i55.tinypic.com/r90vvm.jpg in this photo there are an estimated 10,000 galaxies. Every single blotch of light is an entire galaxy filled with billions and trillions of stars each. Imagine if we could see the rest of the sky like this, there would be billions of galaxies! After looking at something like this, there is no way anyone can try and say that there is no life in the universe besides us.

Thanks for that. Awesome image and great description. I had seen the pic but didn't realize what it was.
Personally I love the NASA image called Earth Rising which shows the earth rising from the moon. To be able to look down at our own planet and know there are thousands of lifeforms compared to the the dry stark moon, makes me appreciate that our planet is green and blue:)

And a more recent Japanese HD version.

I agree with you - there has to be more out there.

Incredible... I certainly don't understand how anybody can deny other life forms. Just seems a bit daft to even suggest, really.
