Question Having waking up Problem any affirmations?

I have a big problem of waking up late from the bed, and I tried many times to get rid out of this bad habit but no success, can anybody tell me any affirmation or a method which will help me.

Now I want to get rid of this as soon as possible.

I usually go to bed between 1 to 2 am.

Thanks

First... Go to bed earlier.

Then, repeat to yourself "I enjoy getting a good night's rest and waking up refreshed in the morning."

What I would do is try to go to bed earlier, and even if you can't go to sleep that early that night, set your alarm for the time you would like to wake up in the morning. That night, you'll be more tired and go to bed earlier. If you just can't go to sleep. There are some yoga poses that are great to start to allow your body to enter into a space of rest.
One easy one, is to lay on the floor with your feet up the wall, bum to the wall and your legs all the way up the wall.
Peace and Blessings

hi muzamilsa,

when I first read your title I was a bit confused, I thought you were trying to " wake up your affirmations ! " lol, as if they were sleeping.

I see it as you have 2 choices, one as Xan mentioned " go to bed earlier " - good advice

or stay up late and get less sleep of course, if one has to get up at a certain time to go to work and needs the sleep I wouldn't recommend this suggestion.

I would do exactly as Xan has advised.

Try, if possible, going to bed much earlier than 1am or 2am. If you go to bed earlier you will still get plenty of sleep but you will be more willing to get up at an earlier time, like 8am.

I would use Xan's affirmation suggestion of saying "I will get a good's night sleep leaving me able to wake up refreshed in the morning."

I agree, sweet, except our subconscious mind responds to "will" by putting what you want to some time in the future. It's best to phrase affirmations in the present tense.

How many hours of sleep do you need to feel refreshed?Adjust your internal clock by that figure.Say you need seven hours then go to sleep every night at X so it works for you,and stick to it without fail.
Have a good nights rest.
