Elina, it makes me happy to hear that. It is so easy for us to get stuck in the mindset to do more, do more, do more. All of those things that need done will be done in due time, and will be done better, will hold more meaning because we have also cared for our selves. That tiny little change you made will cause ripples. I am excited for you :)
