breathing techiques
what about breathing techniques ?
never thought it was important thing
lately i ve heard that its important and an affect you
what do you guys think?

In most yoga breathing equals prana, prana equals life... so one might guess it is important unless of course you are a vampire... or doing Hatha

Alternate Nostril Breathing might just be the most celebrated of all for good reasons; the Darth Vader Breath is by many essential to Yoga; yet just full body breathing is what I would suggest, since that would direct prana through-out your entire body, which will give life to your entire existence

It seems fairly self-evident that how we breathe has a big effect on us. If you are seriously interested then there is plenty of information about pranayama available online. If you really want to experience the benefits then you need to do the practices regularly.

Yes I suggest Breathing each day unless of course you are a vampire or doing Hatha @quitefox there is something in some yoga philosophy that you are born with a certain amount of breaths, so breathing deeply and calmly gives you a longer and more joyful life.
