I miss living with spirits

I personally believe everyone has spirits visiting them throughout the day. I always have at least one nearby, or so the voices tell me. She, sometimes he, tells me they're there to protect and help me. Sounds good to me. :)

Are you talking about spirits that make their presence known physically? A lot of people believe it's uncommon for spirits to change their vibration to be noticed/heard/seen physically, but it can happen. There seems to be plenty of Earth bound spirits. Usually nice people. Some can be a bit sensitive and easily upset. A small percentage seem to be very angry, but over time they rise.

Not physically. I just notice different energy and over time different kinds of thoughts occupying my mind. So not exactly a haunting. With these spirits I did used to get quite a bit of sleep paralysis. That’s when I would really see and hear them. In my new house I no longer get it. After I started this thread I got in better touch with my spirit guide. So maybe I don’t really miss these spirits after all. I still enjoy visiting places that have them, but maybe it’s best that my house only really has me and my spirit guide.

Ghosts do vary from just left over energy to full out demons . I guess it is a mater of taste if one wants that kind of thing around . All I have ever scene is the energy kind of ghost that messes with my volt meter . Maby an odd knock hear and there .

In a book by D. Kreg ( or close to that name ) on Kabblasitc magic he writes that at really boring parties he would focus in on astral elementals just watching them do there thing . I guess it is what ever turns you on .
It was modern magic by Llewyn ( or close to that ) if any one is interested .
