Sorry it had been some time, and here's my update.

This wonderful moldavite guided me to read a blog, and the blog admin helped me determine the names of my spiritual support team so I can better communicate with them.

Turned out that "Heather", a random name I had in my mind is indeed the name of my spirit guide

Trying ways to better communicate with my team...she suggested automatic writing. I usually do some self-talking...

Maybe consider getting a Moldovite Skull I have a 1 inch one as well as another piece. I love working with my Skulls. I have a couple and my Moldovite is part of my Holy Trinity

I’ve had a spirit tell me to look at the first light of dawn too. I was looking at the sun about to ride over a pointy mountain and I just heard a voice say “look at the light” as if looking at it had some properties to it. Afterwards I wrote a journal entry with the time that you only get when you feel like a spirit is with you / helping you write.

I wonder what the first rays of sunlight does to us !
