Fear is good
No... actually
Fear is magnificent
Fear is salvation
Fear is a key to survival
Fear keeps me off the danger
Fear helps me to thrive, beyond just survival
Fear pushes me to love
Fear makes me to cherish
Fear reminds me to be together
Fear saves me from losing myself
Fear navigates me through this called life
Fear brings me to oneness
Fear embraces me
Fear is my faithful partner
Fear is my eternal lover

Friends born out of trust
But fiend can not be trusted
Fear is not fiend, a separate entity
As it is a part of me
It always been
Accepting fear
Acknowledging my own demon
