So.... I got off the bus and walked a short distance and took a pedestrian bridge to cross to the other side of the street. On the bridge were some of the people my wife told me about. I had my money in my front left pocket when I grabbed the hand that was going toward my pocket.

Interesting. So the problem was you sticking out your hand and not so much the bus itself. Do you still travel by bus or do you avoid them altogether? If so, why doesn't this happen to other people, or is there some ''karmic'' relationship between you and buses?

It's an interesting experience, but at the same time we often have 'premonitions' all the same, we just tend to discard all the examples in life where we've been wrong and place great emphasis on the times we were right. I sometimes get stuck in that too, but I've gotten more aware over the years of all the times where my feelings or predictions were simply wrong. I am not saying you are wrong here, but have you thought about a logical explanation?

I was on the bus and I had my hand hanging out the window.
Back then, I road a bus 3-4 times a year.
I do not fear riding a bus.
Incidences like this happen to others. Karmic, who knows? If I had listened to my wife, the event would not have happened to me.
Logical explanations: probably very similar to how it was with me when I was going to school. The teachers would ask questions and it would eventually end up with only me answering the questions.
