Personally I have doubts about everything. I always think like this. You stand in front of a full-length mirror, naked, and observe yourself. Then you look down at one of your little fingers reflected in the mirror and concentrate on the finger nail on that little reflected finger. Then, looking at your totally reflected self - so it seems to me - the knowledge you have about your little finger nail compared to the rest of your mass is probably relative to what we know about the universe.

We have no idea of what this is all about.

For me one of the main problems of the BB is one caused by Quantum Physics and the double-slit experiment - and Schrödinger's cat. If something has to be observed in order to exist then who or what observed the BB?

Not quite what I meant sky123.

Anyway, that is an assumption.

When the BB took place 13,5 billion years ago apparently in what we assume was an explosion (?) where was the consciousness to observe it?

Everything and everyone is made from stardust. Even the bible that you hold in your hand, ironically enough. So nope, forgetting scientific FACTS (corrected that one for you) isn't very rational.

the interesting thing slayer is this, our bodies are made of that, what are our souls made of? and why are we in a universe that is beneath us?
i mean animals are suited to this planet, we are not
this rabbit hole goes very deep.

Star dust in effect is "spiritual matter"...the earthly organic physical body, is actually made of "spiritual matter".

Everthing within & around every galaxy is made from "spiritual matter".

& we the soul'self, are made from the exact same "spiritual matter".

This is not a physical universe that we reside in, it is a spiritual universe, with objects scattered throughout & of which are constructed from "spiritual matter" in different ways & densities.

Probably from stardust as well since I don't believe in life before birth. The soul, if it exists, is formed in the womb together with the body. That's the most logical reason I can come up with.

The biblical account of how the world began is what doesn't hold water...perhaps it is metaphor as is much of the bible???

Science has successfully turned back the clock on the "big bang" and as Slayer mentioned all matter in our universe is "stardust" being that all elements from hydrogen on up to actinide's were created in the belly of stars and distributed via supernova.

Science has traced the DNA origins of modern humans back more than 300,000 years to the Great Rift Valley of Ethiopia.....if ever there was in fact a biblical Garden of Eden....that's where it was!

As science and our understanding of how things began moves forward into the realm of hard undeniable facts, there are things that are now more evident then ever and more and more it is religion...NOT science that must make accommodations for the facts.

However....I do not find anything in the facts to dispel the idea that there was a creator....however un-involved he-she-it seems to be since pulling the trigger on creating the universe billions of years ago

Tohu va bohu OR Tohu wa-bohu (תֹ֙הוּ֙ וָבֹ֔הוּ)

God does not create tohu.(Definition: formlessness, confusion, unreality, emptiness.)

The earth BECAME tohu.

God does not create bohu. (Definition: emptiness)

The earth became bohu.

Gen.1 v.1 and v.2 The heavens and earth where created.

It was turned into waste and became void and formless.

Then we come to gen.1 v.3

So what of it Morph?

The Bible gives it little importance so why should I make it important?
