Had technology found a way into time?

If a time machine exists to be made that means it all ready had been made by technology at least when all things came into being and existence thus a time machine also-

So that means time travel has already been invented?

Or has technology traveled into time and created the internet here on earth - thus has earth got a time machine by the mental in its core?
