Think I’m under a Psychic Attack

For a few months now, I’ve been experiencing vivid horrifying or chaotic and stressful nightmares that always end with me being hurt and sexually abused by a male, and then i wake with sleep paralysis, but during the sleep paralysis, I’ve experienced something on top of me that i can feel my soul body fighting off until i fully wake and can move. It happened again this morning, and when i woke from the nightmare that was a bunch of chaos and ended in me being about to be raped, i awoke on my stomach, with sleep paralysis, and felt something laying on my lower body with its arms wrapped around my waist. I thought it was my fiance back from a job he was out doing, but when i went to feel his hair it was super short buzzcut and my fiance has longer thick hair. I immediately freaked out which brought me out of the paralysis and when i flipped over nobody was there. I realized today that these nightmares and sleep paralysis that disturbs my sleep all morning long only happens once my fiancé leaves. If he stays home from work and sleeps in with me it won’t happen. I also will wake up from a full 8 hours of sleep feeling like I got no sleep at all, and sometimes my neck will be very very sore. The sleep paralysis scares me so much but I wake up sooooo tired i can’t keep my eyelids open for the life of me and then it’ll just happen again, and again, and again. It’s driving me insane.

I also forgot to mention, earlier when i was looking stuff up about psychic attacks my tv turned off by itself, and whenever i go to message someone for help about it i get sharp pains in my chest that distract me from being able to focus good on writing exactly what i want. I wish i could go into better detail but it was hard to focus enough too

Firstly, your experience is valid and very real.
You have, for some reason beome entangled with a denser level of the astral plane, and this is naturally creating a feedback-loop of fear. A situation where more experiences of that nature are tiring you, creating a loop, and thus being able to create further disharmony through exhaustion, depletion of energy, and yet more fear.
There is only one way out of the loop, and that is some sort of tangent. Something that cuts across it. Also something that restores your natural healthy energy.

Nearest to Earth, there are dense astral levels. Sometimes these are encountered during etheric projection. Sometimes this happens through no fault of your own, but is a kind of "interim space" between this world, and the astral worlds proper. Strange self-seeking energies can linger there, and things you do not necessarily have anything in common with.

I am sorry you are feeling so bad and so tired right now. Remember -it will pass. These experiences do not define you.

It might help if you can understand why it is that when your fiance is there, nothing happens....but when you sleep alone, it does? It is fear-based probably, that's why. Are you scared alone? And with disturbed fearful fitful sleep, you end up in a fear environment in a semi conscious astral state? You aren't able to relax and go into deep sleep where all is well. You feel unprotected? Alone in the dark?
Deep sleep would help you if you are able to work out some way to get into it. Nothing can reach you there, and you would wake up refreshed.
There are some ways you could try for deep sleep and see what happens. Are you able to stay awake for 36 hours? Or are you physically fit enough to do that? If you did, you would sink into the deepest sleep and wake up maybe 10 hours later feeling much better. That would kick-start your own personal inviolable energy.

However you mentioned pains in your chest....so if you feel those have a physical cause, or you are in any other way unfit or unwell, don't do it.

There are those you could turn to for practical help also; from religious ministers, to mediums, shamanic healers, and spiritual healers. But if you did decide to include someone like that in your weaponry, you would have to do that from the deep steady power-base within you, and NOT from fear. You have to cut the fear-loop.
Then you will have to focus regularly on positive and loving thoughts and energy patterns....again not from fear but from your own strength and because you know these things are valid for you.

You have a very very dense feeling in your surrounding that reminds me of a dream with the same dense aura where normally people and other spirits are reflected away from that area. A desert, and a place for suffering with nothing inside that is at all meaningful. Scream, but no voice. Hit, but no sound. No control, either no emotion, or intense negative and extremely deep emotion. In my dream I have seen this myself when I was finding a solution to all the intense psychic attack that were happening to me. Everytime I ask, I got that place as an answer. Just before the deepest parts in hell will that dimension show up. If someone just slipped down the stairs after that, then the soul is just, down to earth cannot anymore be saved, except a mighty brought-up that totallg change the soul, IF, they are willing to.

One way is to notice the source of the problem, and only by having them emerging in front of you then it could ever be solved. I hope the place I have posted here will be your answer to your psychic attack too.

Yes you've attracted the attention of a not particularly nice entity. I have sent him off to be rehabilitated and shifted you back to a nicer part of the astral realms.. That should improve things for you but you'll also need to do some healing and positive energy work so that any damage you have from it doesn't attract anything else. Also, take a look at your life too. After being split from my ex fiancee', I still get psychic attacks from her when she's REALLY mad at me and not getting her way. (we have a child, she's also a FB type mom) so I periodically get mad at her for only coming around for FB photos. I'll absolutely never forget when I tried to move cities for a job, literally EVERYTHING went wrong. Something happened before we left, had truck issues before leaving, we got 1/2 hour down the road transmission started making bad noises, u-turned, some more stuff went on the front end. Managed to get the truck home, unloaded my toolbox ot put in my car. It goes flying, tools everywhere. I look at the car, 2 flat tires. End up shoveling my tools into the garage and giving up.
