I would like some advise on how to develop telepathy!

My situation means I cannot send letters or phone calls! But I have spiritual gifts and abilities, that I have developed over 13 years! Some new skills I never had or thought only possible! The more I learn the more I realize anything is possible.

I would like to know step by step how to telepathically communicate with my twin!

It could turn out that the Universe, will not allow this communication 'until I am ready'? (A little like a elementary school student trying to do brain surgery) But if I/We are ready I/We would like to learn thanks!

I know I have met my twin flame most definitely, I saw the light in her eyes and various things as flashes! She is very ethical, and even nurse's are taught to remove their own thought's, desires etc... from their minds of a patient!

I only hear her sometimes as my own inner voice (my male voice in my mind)

How do you know that your so-called twin is a twin flame?

Who exactly knows if twin flames exist?You know,even soul connections.

What one experiences and feels from a close connection,soul connections,twin flame connections etc,doesn't mean it is so.

No one knows,no one knows what this life,universe and this existence about.

No one has met the creator/creators,no one knows what this grand design,this universe is all about.

Has there ever been a definite answer on what life,universe,existence is all about.

I wonder why you keep focusing on your alleged TF? If memory serves you said she was in a relationship with someone. Maybe just leave her alone and be happy with what she's got going on in life and start working on getting that for yourself too.
How can you ever find a love relationship again if you constantly are focused on another woman?
How can you ever be happy again if you are doing that, whether single or not?
It feels a lot like you're wanting to force someone else to do something, mainly because you cannot let go. Does that feel right to you?
Personally I'd be happy to not be in touch in any way because then you can move on with your life.

An example: you are relaxing enjoying music, some wine and everything is going well in your life, when all of a sudden a big wave of sadness comes flooding in.
