Problems With Visualizing

XAN, what is your opinion about auto writing as a way to connect? I don't mean, letting energy take over my hand to wright. But just trying to write down what I believe I hear as a response to a question.

If I may answer, journalling was my initial way to connect to higher or inner wisdom....
and I've frequently done just that, since... but typically spiritual questions.

And I was invariably offered insights, clarifications ...Journalling has long been suggested as a way too connect to greater wisdom or deeper self knowledge.

By just observing what one writes without judgement, other parts of self-the mind-guidance can come forth.

Intention , however is important... to ask for the sort of guidance one wants, such as angelic, or higher self.

And I always put a bubble of white light around me and ask for a higher guide! There are lower entities and you don't want to attract those...

As in anything it's easy to get distracted-diverted-sidetracked if we're not clear
what we're after......(in out heart) the heart has tremendous wisdom and will attract what we need to know. if we ask it's "help"

like a TV with 500 channels , there's lots of garbage out there... and the mind can be deceived.. but the heart knows the sound of truth

Auto writing is a method of communication with spirit guides that works for some people. I have old notebooks filled with messages to me from 'those above'. I found it helpful for learning to allow the communication to come out in writing without my usual thinking patterns... an exercise in letting go.

An auto writing session may start with a specific question or just a "please help", or often I heard or felt them inviting me. The responses usually went beyond whatever I was asking for.

A key in genuine communication is to not question too much what you're hearing, but just let it flow. It works best if you just go on with the writing, then look back and read it later. With practice you may gain confidence as they're telling you things that you almost but don't quite know, as validation... or even surprises.

If doubts gets hold of you and you can't let it go easily, you can ask them for confirmation... then notice what shows up pretty soon. Most likely it'll make you laugh.

When we want to cross bridges between the world of matter and mind into the spiritual realm, the best place to be in ourselves is our quiet center... just breathing and relaxing within.
