My experience has been more like getting a phone call from someone who lives in your house but who is out running errands. Usually to tell me I am messing up or that I am doing well...depending on what I am doing haha.
My experience has involved symbolic forms of communications...and may be a different phenomena entirely. Not sure how to describe it but it is something.
