Today I am grateful that I had a flow of money during my holiday when I was affirming to myself that I would be provided for.
I am grateful that the ground felt a little bit soggy under my feet
I am grateful to be alive another day to explore life with a curious mind

I am grateful that I spent three days caring for my dying cat, brushing her, taking her outside to hear the birds and letting her know that she was a wonderful friend who I loved for 13 years.
I am grateful for my paper journal and my collection of colourful pens
I am grateful that it is ten degrees cooler today with no wind and that I didn't have to evacuate my home like others near me did yesterday.
